The SP50 Pro specialty cooling system unit for small to midsize residential and commercial specialty storage rooms such wine cellars or art and document preservation is a perfectly-paired condensing unit and evaporator section that comes standard with features such as electric heat, X-treme low ambient protection and high ambient protection. This wine cooling system has a max capacity of 5,770 BTU/H. The SP50 is compatible with modern smart thermostats and features enhanced refrigeration controls.

Ducted Split Cooling Systems
A ducted-split cooling system designed for wine cellars is a specialized climate control solution that ensures optimal storage conditions for wine, preserving its quality and flavor over time. This system consists of two main components; an indoor evaporator unit and an outdoor condensing unit, which work together to maintain a stable temperature and humidity level in the wine cellar.
The ducted nature of the system allows for even air distribution through the wine cellar. This ensures every bottle is exposed to uniform temperatures, eliminating hot spots and cold drafts that could adversely affect the wine.
These systems can be tailored to fit various cellar sizes and layouts. With flexible installation options, including concealed ductwork, the system can seamlessly integrate into the architecture of the space.

Specs & Features
Wine Guardian ducted split systems provide optimal air distribution and temperature control for any sized wine space. The system’s evaporator and condenser are two separate units, giving installers versatility regardless of application constraints. It is ideal for cellars with little to no extra space for a self-contained system.
The ducted split system can control a broad range of wine storage conditions between 55°F(13°C) to 58°F(14°C). With the optional serving temperature, the system can cool down to 45°F(7°C). An optional humidifier can be installed to achieve 55 to 65% relative humidity.
EASY ACCESS AND INSTALLATION
For faster service and installation, the ducted split system features a multi-panel design with captive quarter-turn fasteners. With just two screwdriver-turns, you easily remove or interchange the placement of panels, duct collars, grille, and optional humidifier.
DURABLE DESIGN
The panels and duct collars are constructed of the highest UL rated composite material, making them 5x stronger than before. They are strong enough to withstand dents and scratches during shipping and installation.
EFFICIENT INSULATION
Insulation throughout the system and double wall duct collars help reduce temperature loss and condensation even in the most demanding environments.
REMOTE SENSORS
These systems use Wine Guardian’s own remote interface controller to constantly monitor the temperature and humidity conditions of a space. The controller will tell the system if the wine room is out of optimal range and will adjust conditions before the wine is affected.
DIGITAL CONTROLS
An additional controller and up to 3 remote sensors can be connected wirelessly for accurate measurement and control when the controller is placed outside of the wine space.
